OUR PRODUCTS
We have created a carefully crafted alternative to traditional alcoholic sparkling wine. It is a finely balanced combination of sparkling grape juice and premium green tea infusion, producing a delightfully refreshing drink with a generous head of bubbles.
Both our Sparkling White and Sparkling Rose use the same fermented grape base. The difference being the addition of ‘organic black carrot’ into the Rose. Black carrots have an unexpected sweetness to them and a subtle spicy aftertaste, which are desirable characteristics for Sparkling Rose.
