WITH ZERO ALCOHOL

Fizzero is the result of testing over 300 different recipes and unlike the majority of ‘alcohol free’ wines, nothing is stripped out of Fizzero. We use a centuries old technique of fermenting grape juice which never creates alcohol as a by-product like a ‘normal’ wine fermentation does, so we can still deliver the complexity of a fermented wine minus the alcohol. When alcohol is removed from wine, many of the aromatic notes are extracted along with a lot of flavour. The value in the approach with Fizzero is not only do we not remove anything desirable, it delivers a completely different integrated flavour – a much more pleasant flavour than a wine that has had alcohol removed.
